About the Role
As the Head of Department - Senior Schooling, you will play a key role in leading and supporting the school's senior schooling programs and pathways. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong knowledge and understanding of QCAA student management systems and processes, VET management and general student management practices relating to senior schooling.

The role requires demonstrated experience in managing an RTO environment and the ability to build staff capability, particularly in digital literacy practices and systems. You will work collaboratively as part of a small but dedicated leadership team focused on continuous improvement, positive school culture and supporting high quality teaching and learning outcomes for all students.
