Tell me more.. As a Senior Medical Officer working in Torres and Cape HHS, your expertise, skills and dedication play a crucial role in providing quality care and positive outcomes for patients. Based in Weipa, the position works in a Rural Generalist model of care, contributing to the primary health care in surrounding communities, as well as emergency care, inpatient and acute care for the broader community.
Activites include some of the best fishing spots in Australia. Boating, camping, four-wheel driving and wildlife spotting are also popular. Enjoy sunset views over the Gulf, cultural experiences through local Indigenous communities, and seasonal events. - Salary Information (L13-L17, L18–L24, L25–L27):
- Total remuneration value of up to $446,109 (L17) comprising Base salary between $187,569 - $211,057 (L13-L17)
- Total remuneration value of up to $528,803 (L24) comprising Base salary between $216,643 - $251,642 (L18-L24)
- Total remuneration value of up to $556,089 (L27) comprising Base salary between $259,072 - $274,678 (L25-L27)
- Competitive Salary packaging: Generous employer superannuation contribution - 12.75% and salary packaging options Salary and benefits | Careers (health.qld.gov.au)
