About the role  

Play a key role in strengthening fair and consistent regulatory decision‑making. As a Senior Review Officer, you'll revisit a diverse range of decisions across building, licensing and insurance matters - taking a fresh look at evidence, applying legislation and shaping clear, well‑reasoned outcomes.

You'll manage your own caseload end‑to‑end, working closely with colleagues across the organisation and engaging with stakeholders to gather insights, communicate decisions and support understanding. Along the way, you'll contribute to continuous improvement by sharing learnings and feedback that help lift practice across teams.

You bring a strong regulatory or legal background and sound judgement in decision-making. You're collaborative, positive and value being part of a team that shares knowledge and supports each other.
