Your new role:
As a Midwife within the Women and Birthing Unit at Redland Hospital, you will provide safe, culturally responsive, woman-centred care across antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal settings. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will support mothers, babies and families through every stage of their maternity journey while contributing to evidence-based practice, neonatal care, quality improvement and ongoing professional development in a BFHI-accredited service with approximately 2,000 births each year.
About you:
You are a compassionate and motivated Midwife who thrives in a collaborative maternity environment and is committed to delivering safe, evidence-based, woman-centred care for mothers, babies and families.
- Passionate about providing culturally safe, compassionate maternity care
- Skilled in antenatal, intrapartum, postnatal and neonatal care delivery
- Confident working collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Committed to evidence-based practice, quality improvement and continuous learning
- Strong communication, clinical assessment and emergency response capabilities
