About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal and leadership team to oversee financial management, workforce processes, compliance, administration and operational planning, ensuring the effective day-to-day functioning of the school.

The Business Manager will:

  • Lead and manage the school's operational and administrative functions.
  • Provide strategic advice and support to the Principal and leadership team.
  • Oversee financial management, budgeting, procurement and resource allocation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures and governance requirements.
  • Lead workforce management processes, including recruitment, onboarding and staffing administration.
  • Support effective facilities, asset and risk management practices.
  • Build positive relationships with staff, families, P&C and external providers.
  • Contribute to strategic school improvement priorities through strong operational leadership.
  • Lead and support administration staff to ensure high-quality service delivery across the school.
