Based at Southport, this permanent part time (0.5) role is ideal for nurses looking to combine professional purpose with lifestyle, family or continued industry practice.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging, student-centred nursing education across classroom, simulated, workplace and online environments
- Apply evidence based teaching practices to support student success and job ready outcomes
- Use flexible and blended learning approaches to engage diverse learner cohorts
- Design and assess learning aligned to industry standards and training packages
- Build strong relationships with students, colleagues and industry partners
- Contribute to program development, continuous improvement and team collaboration
What You’ll Bring (Mandatory)
- Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent vocational competency at least to the level being delivered)
- A recognised Training and Assessment qualification (TAE40122, TAE40116, TAE40110, TAE50116, TAE50216 or approved equivalent)
- Current industry skills relevant to nursing education and assessment
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development in vocational education and training
What Will Set You Apart (Highly Desirable)
- Contemporary experience in primary health care and strong knowledge of current nursing standards
- Commitment to culturally safe, evidence based practice
- Passion for teaching and supporting student success in simulated and real world settings
- Ability to inspire a person centred, holistic approach to care
- Experience guiding learners in assessment, care planning, health education and multidisciplinary collaboration

Salary
$46,465 - $52,609 per annum depending on experience (Part Time 0.5)
