About the role
Provide specialist nephrology services across the Metro North Kidney Health Service, delivering high-quality inpatient, outpatient, and consultation care. Contribute to a high-performing and values-driven clinical environment while supporting service development, research, and multidisciplinary care delivery.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Deliver high-quality specialist care in nephrology across inpatient and outpatient settings, including participation in on-call and after-hours services
- Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated and patient-centred kidney health services
- Demonstrate clinical leadership, mentoring junior staff, trainees, and students
- Contribute to research, innovation, and development of new models of care within the Kidney Health Service
- Drive performance, quality improvement, and alignment with organisational values and strategic priorities
