About the role
Provide advanced clinical nursing care within the Cardiology service, specialising in Acute Coronary Syndromes coordination. Deliver expert patient-centred care while supporting education, leadership, and service improvement within a complex acute care environment.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Deliver advanced clinical nursing care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation for cardiology patients
- Provide leadership and clinical support to nursing staff in complex patient care situations
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to manage acute changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated and high-quality patient care
- Contribute to education, research, and quality improvement initiatives within the unit
