• Experience in property and land acquisition, including a practical understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures related to Queensland land tenure.
• Motivation to contribute within a high-paced project environment to support one of the largest infrastructure programs currently in Queensland.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills, including preparation of reports and facilitation of presentations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support informed property decision making.
