As a Senior HR Operations Officer, you will manage the HR Establishment process in SAP as well as undertake all Pay Run related activities on a weekly basis, you will be working with a team of passionate Payroll professionals to deliver HR operations related services to the department. - Supporting the team leader by contributing to operational planning and performance measures including collating and preparing reports, documents and correspondence to customers, clients, management and staff
- Manage workloads and tasks, implement internal controls, review processing and service standards and develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and perform and report test results.
- Research, investigate and analyse human resource management and payroll processing issues and recommend effective solutions to support payroll and establishment activities.
- Maintaining relevant human resource and payroll related policies, entitlements, procedures and business process currency as well as an understanding of our clients' business.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and support the implementation of business improvement opportunities and optimise human resource, payroll and establishment services, processes and systems.
