About the Role:
As the Industry Liaison Officer, you will:
- Assist in the ongoing delivery of the School Based Apprenticeship program and assist in managing business and industry partnerships to maximise opportunities for secondary students.
- Establish and maintain effective networks and work collaboratively with business and industry groups to build strong and vibrant links that promote School Based Apprenticeships as a career pathway for students.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and promote Australian School Based Apprenticeships (ASBA) and vocational education pathways.
- Build and maintain partnerships with employers, training providers, schools, industry and community groups.
- Source apprenticeship, work experience and transition-to-work opportunities for students.
- Support student recruitment, career readiness and pathway planning.
- Monitor student progress, workplace placements and program outcomes.
- Contribute to marketing, communication and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
- Support continuous improvement and positive employment outcomes for students.
