Your new role:
As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will provide advanced clinical and operational leadership across the Chronic Disease service, ensuring safe, effective and evidence-based care delivery within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Chronic Disease nursing services and multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage staffing, budgets, resources and service performance outcomes.
- Drive quality improvement, research and innovative models of care.
- Foster a positive team culture focused on patient-centred healthcare delivery.

You are a confident and compassionate nursing leader with advanced chronic disease knowledge and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality community healthcare services.
Skills and Experience
- Advanced clinical expertise in chronic disease or community-based nursing care.
- Strong leadership, workforce management and team engagement capability.
- Experience leading service improvement, quality and patient safety initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
