The focus of Corporate Enterprise Solutions is to provide solutions and services that support Queensland Health’s Enterprise Corporate Applications and supporting payroll transactional processes. This application suite includes the largest integrated rostering and SAP payroll solution in the public sector and the SAP S/4HANA finance, business and logistics solution and management environment (S/4HANA solution).

About the role:

As a Systems Analyst, you will provide advice and support for the Queensland Health rostering system – Infor WFM and integrated ERPs including myHR and SAP. Using business and system analysis to provide incident support, identification of system problems and development of workaround to meet service delivery.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Work effectively as part of a dedicated team to ensure the successful and timely resolution of issues for the Health and Hospital Services (HHS) using Infor WFM as their rostering solution.
  • Undertake quality assurance processes to ensure data integrity and compliance status within the system. This will also include the analysis of data and production and circulation of reports to the HHS.
  • Provide advice to management on application and associated issues and initiatives including risk and issue identification and management.
  • Respond to and enable Service requests raised by the HHS's for items on CTS service catalogue in line with agreed service level agreements.
  • Liaise effectively with other key stakeholders where necessary to ensure successful resolution of issues and delivery of services, linking closely with other teams within Corporate Enterprise Solutions to ensure an effective integrated solution is maintained.
