Your new role:
As a valued member of our team, you'll be at the centre of delivering high-quality administrative and customer support services within a busy hospital environment. You'll help create a positive experience for patients while ensuring appointments, records and essential information are managed accurately to support the delivery of safe and efficient healthcare services.
In this role, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families and staff
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions
- Coordinate patient appointments, bookings and clinic schedules
- Manage waitlists, cancellations and appointment rescheduling
- Register and maintain patient information across hospital systems
