Your new role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to provide expert advice and strategic people management support within Community and Oral Health Services at Metro South Health. You will:
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver trusted coaching, workforce advice and contemporary HR solutions.
- Manage complex employee relations matters including performance, injury management, workplace investigations and industrial disputes.
- Interpret and apply industrial instruments, legislation and Queensland Health policies to support best-practice people management.
- Contribute to organisational capability by influencing workforce strategies, supporting change initiatives and mentoring team members.
About you:
You are a confident and collaborative HR professional with strong industrial relations expertise and the ability to build trusted relationships across a complex organisation. You have:
- Demonstrated experience providing high-level HR and employee relations advice in a complex or large-scale environment.
- Strong capability in managing complex workplace matters including investigations, performance and injury management cases.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to coach and influence leaders.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement and contemporary people management practices.

Community and Oral Health Services:
Community and Oral Health Services deliver a broad range of quality community-based care and support services to help people improve and maintain their wellbeing and independence as well as oral health services to adults and children.
We deliver a myriad of services across Metro South including Hospital in the Home, Rehabilitation, Chronic Disease, Acute Care, Dementia Outreach, Oral Health, and specialist residential care along with delivering numerous other vital community health services.
Our services are delivered by multidisciplinary teams of nursing and allied health staff with the skills and experience to treat a full range of health needs.
