Your new role:
As an Occupational Therapist within Bayside Health Service, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred assessment, intervention and discharge planning across a range of adult physical health settings. Working within an interprofessional team, you will support positive patient outcomes through evidence-based care, effective communication and collaborative practice. You will also contribute to clinical education, service improvement and research activities while continuing to build your professional knowledge and skills in a supportive learning environment.

You are a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist who thrives in a collaborative healthcare environment and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. You will:
- Deliver evidence-based Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention across diverse adult caseloads.
- Communicate effectively within interprofessional teams to achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and a commitment to continuous professional development.
- Support clinical education through student supervision and mentoring activities.
- Contribute to quality improvement, research and service development initiatives.

Bayside Health Service – Metro South Health
The Bayside Occupational Therapy Department, based at Redland Hospital delivers services across Redland Hospital, Redlands Satellite Hospital, Pandanus Unit and Redland Residential Care. This position is rotational and may be required to work throughout Bayside Health Service and the position's primary work location may change based on operational requirements. This position will be required to provide Occupational Therapy services on weekends and public holidays at Redland Hospital on a rotational or roster basis.
