Your opportunity:

  • To deliver high level orthopaedic physiotherapy clinical services and act as a resource in their area of expertise within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service (WBHHS) Fraser Coast.
  • To deliver professional leadership in orthopaedic physiotherapy including clinical practice supervision of less experienced physiotherapists and clinical support staff at Hervey Bay & Maryborough Hospitals.
  • Manage day to day operational aspects and planning of physiotherapy staff in surgical wards ensuring quality outcomes in collaboration with the Director of Physiotherapy.
  • To provide leadership and contribute to service development, education and research in the department.

Temporary Part Time (30.4 hours p.f.) from date of appointment for up to 12 months with the possibility of extension.

Our offer:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $62,944 p.a., comprising salary rates $64.64 - $69.56 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Temporary Part Time, 30.4 hours p.f., from date of appointment for up to 12 months with the possibility of extension).
