What your day could look like
As a Clinical Nurse, you'll play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality care while guiding and supporting your team. From coordinating complex care to strengthening team capability, you'll help create a positive environment where patients receive the best possible outcomes.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Leading and coordinating patient care to achieve safe, responsive and high-quality outcomes
- Supporting and guiding nurses and team members to build capability and confidence
- Driving quality improvement and safety initiatives that enhance care delivery
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to manage complex clinical situations

You're a confident and compassionate clinician who brings both clinical expertise and strong leadership to your work. You remain calm in complex situations, make thoughtful decisions, and bring people together to deliver the best outcomes. You take pride in supporting others to grow, improving care systems, and delivering care that makes a genuine difference in people's lives.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with relevant practising certificate
- Advanced clinical skills with experience coordinating complex care
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to guide and support teams
- Knowledge of safety, quality standards and risk management in healthcare
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications in a relevant specialty and/or experience in oncology or complex care environments.
Above all, you'll bring compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation, and courage—helping shape a workplace where people feel supported and patients receive outstanding care.
