What you'll do

In this role, you will support the delivery of community health and social service programs through contract administration and project activities. You will manage correspondence and records, coordinate meetings and documentation, contribute to reports and executive briefs, and build effective relationships with stakeholders to support branch priorities and continuous improvement initiatives.

About you

We are searching for someone who:

  • High level of written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to deal effectively with stakeholders at all levels including the ability to clearly and concisely analyse and express ideas and issues.
  • Ability to self-motivate and work autonomously and as an effective team member to prioritise work and achieve outcomes.
  • Demonstrated administrative skills of a high standard including and experience using a wide range of computer programs and applications and information management systems relevant to the business.
  • An ability to meet deadlines and establish work priorities to maximise efficiency in an environment with competing priorities and a high-volume work output.
