In this scheduling role, you'll be at the very heart of our property inspection program, working to support your team in coordinating inspections across the Brisbane region for Housing and Homelessness Services. You'll be responsible for scheduling property inspections, notifying tenants, managing rescheduling requests, and providing vital support to your colleagues to ensure the smooth delivery of this essential program.
Every day will bring something different, requiring you to juggle priorities and adapt quickly when plans change, while still ensuring inspections run like clockwork. You'll be the go-to person for maintaining administrative systems, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring tenants are well-informed and supported throughout the process.
