The well preserved buildings along the main street are reminders of this bygone era. The traditional owners of the land, in and around Croydon, are the Tagalaka people. They have a strong tradition within Croydon and work tirelessly to support indigenous people. Parents and families play an important role in education. We also believe that your child's progress, both academic and social, is directly linked to attendance. At Croydon State School we strive to create happy, healthy children learning to the best of their abilities, demonstrating strong values and ethics to enable them to be skilled and productive members of contemporary society.
