What your day could look like
As an Allied Health Lead – Clinical Informatics, you'll help bridge clinical care and digital systems, ensuring teams can deliver safe, consistent and high-quality outcomes across a range of settings. Your work will shape how technology supports clinicians, while strengthening the way care is delivered to the community.

- Leading improvements to digital clinical workflows that enhance patient safety and care quality
- Working alongside clinicians and leaders to guide system use, champion best practice and strengthen data integrity
- Empowering teams through education, coaching and support to build confidence in digital tools
- Driving service improvements and innovation projects that create more efficient, connected care

You're a clinically experienced professional who sees the potential of digital health to transform care. You bring clarity to complexity, influence others with confidence, and build trust across teams. Whether guiding a new system rollout or improving everyday processes, you take pride in helping people work smarter and deliver better outcomes.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Relevant allied health qualification with current registration or eligibility for professional membership
- Experience in clinical informatics, digital health or service improvement initiatives
- Strong ability to lead change, collaborate across disciplines and influence stakeholders
- Advanced communication skills with a passion for education, mentoring and continuous improvement
You'll stand out if you have postgraduate study in informatics, digital health or a related field, or experience working across diverse or regional healthcare environments.
