Your new role:
As the Radiographer – Advanced Skills (Clinical Operations – Roster), you will provide advanced operational and clinical leadership within a dynamic and expanding Medical Imaging service by:
- Coordinating and maintaining skills-based rostering across Logan, Beaudesert and satellite Medical Imaging departments
- Supporting day-to-day operational activities to ensure safe, efficient and patient-centred service delivery
- Providing advanced clinical leadership, mentoring and operational guidance to Radiographers and support staff
- Leading workforce planning, workload allocation and staff development initiatives
- Contributing to service improvement, quality activities and innovative models of care
- Partnering with senior leadership to support operational planning, governance and strategic service development
- Promoting a collaborative and inclusive team culture focused on excellence in patient care
About you:
You will be a motivated and experienced Medical Imaging professional with the ability to lead operational services and support high-performing teams through:
- Advanced clinical expertise within Medical Imaging and the ability to apply professional judgement independently
- Demonstrated experience in workforce coordination, rostering and operational management
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and support service delivery outcomes in complex healthcare environments
- Experience leading service improvement, change management and quality initiatives
- A commitment to patient-centred care, collaboration and professional excellence
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Medical Imaging Technology with current AHPRA registration and Queensland Radiation Use Licence
