About the Role:

As the Executive Services and Marketing Officer you will:

  • Contribute to the effective and efficient management and administration of the school by providing a high level of confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Principal/Executive Principal/Senior Executive Team.
  • Assist in the development of innovative marketing and communication strategies and the coordination of special events for the school.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level confidential executive and administrative support to school leadership.
  • Coordinate school marketing, communications, publications, newsletters and website content.
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies, promotional materials and social media presence.
  • Coordinate major school events, ceremonies and community engagement activities.
  • Maintain effective administrative systems, records management and reporting processes.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with media, alumni, industry and wider community stakeholders.
