Your new role:

As a rotational Pharmacist within Redland Hospital and Bayside Health facilities, you will provide high quality clinical pharmacy services across diverse patient areas. Working within an interprofessional team, you will deliver evidence-based patient care, therapeutic interventions, discharge planning and patient education. You will also contribute to student supervision, clinical education, quality improvement and research activities while expanding your clinical knowledge and professional expertise in a supportive healthcare environment.

About you:

You are a motivated and patient-focused pharmacist who thrives in a collaborative healthcare environment and is passionate about delivering safe, evidence-based clinical care. You will:

• Deliver high quality clinical pharmacy services with a patient-centred approach
• Communicate effectively within interprofessional teams to achieve positive outcomes
• Build clinical knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Support education and supervision of students and allied health assistants
• Contribute to quality improvement, research and service development initiatives

Redland Hospital is the major health centre for adults and children in the Redlands and Brisbane's southern bayside suburbs. We provide a range of services including emergency care, primary health and minor injury care, acute and subacute medicine, general surgery, maternity and paediatric, mental specialist outpatient and mental health care.
