As a Service Officer, you will work in a collaborative team environment to deliver excellent client service through various mediums including telephone, face-to-face, in writing and online. You will adopt a client-centric approach when supporting our clients to receive their correct entitlements and meet their obligations.

Your typical day as a Service Officer may include:
• Assessing client eligibility for exemptions
• Reviewing legislation and documenting decisions
• Reviewing and responding to client correspondence received via on line and email enquiries 
• Answering client phone calls and applying revenue rules and processes to resolve enquiries, ensuring a positive client experience

To be successful in the role, you will need to demonstrate:
• A working knowledge of digital and data technology/systems
• The ability to interpret and apply legislation and/or policy or the ability to rapidly acquire this capability
