About the role:

  • Deliver high-standard cleaning services across multiple community health facilities and a large fleet of pool vehicles to support safe, effective clinical and public health service delivery.
  • Monitor and manage consumable usage while maintaining an efficient and consistent cleaning service in line with established specifications.
  • Work collaboratively within a dynamic team, maintaining effective communication with staff at all levels and demonstrating cooperation with patients and clients.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by the supervisor to support team goals and organisational objectives.

About you:

  • You have the proven ability to deliver high-standard cleaning services with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
  • You have strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, manage workloads efficiently, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • You're a strong communicator who engages effectively with staff at all levels, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and independently while building positive working relationships.
  • You have the willingness and ability to gain knowledge of Queensland Health philosophy, policies, and CQHHS service standards to support high-quality service delivery.

What we offer:

  • An hourly rate between $40.22 - $42.91 p.h. (Including 25% casual loading)
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
