About the role
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Deliver specialised medical imaging operational, clinical and consultancy services to radiographers within the STARS Medical Imaging department.
- Contribute to the day-to-day management of the STARS Medical Imaging team, including responsibility for management of conflict resolution, performance appraisal and staff development.
- Lead high performance and teamwork in all aspects of the STARS Medical Imaging service, including facilitating training and education of all staff and stakeholders, and all quality and safety requirements.
