Working within a collaborative Student Wellbeing and Inclusion team, you will support a diverse range of student learning, wellbeing, engagement and transition needs across the secondary setting.
We are inviting Expressions of Interest for a Guidance Officer who demonstrates strong professional judgement, calm decision-making, and a deep commitment to supporting young people and families within a multidisciplinary school environment.

About the School
Capalaba State College is a large Prep to Year 12 college in Capalaba with a strong focus on inclusion, wellbeing and positive student pathways. The College supports a diverse student population and offers a broad range of learning pathways and support structures across both primary and secondary settings.
Your opportunity
This role offers the opportunity to work alongside multidisciplinary teams in a large and dynamic college environment, supporting inclusive practices and responsive interventions for young people. The position is well suited to a relationship-focused practitioner who values practical problem solving, collaborative case management and student-centred support.

- Use data, evidence, and professional expertise to inform decision-making and support planning
- Remain calm and solutions-focused when working with vulnerable students, families, and staff
- Demonstrate reflective practice, adaptability, and openness to feedback and direction
