Your new role:

In this rewarding clinical position, you will provide high-quality medical care while contributing to a collaborative and patient-focused healthcare environment. You will:

• Deliver comprehensive clinical care and patient management within the General Medicine Department.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective and patient-centred outcomes.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement activities and ongoing service development initiatives.
• Support education, mentoring and supervision activities while contributing to a positive workplace culture.

About you:

We are seeking a dedicated medical professional who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care and thrives in a collaborative healthcare environment. You have:

• Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate, respectful and patient-focused clinical care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to continuous learning, professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Eligibility for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and the ability to work flexibly to meet clinical demands.

Redland Hospital:

Redland Hospital is the major health centre for adults and children in the Redlands and Brisbane's southern bayside suburbs. We provide a range of services including emergency care, primary health and minor injury care, acute and subacute medicine, general surgery, maternity and paediatric, mental specialist outpatient and mental health care.
