The outer western region of our service includes extremely remote communities. Cairns Hospital is the only major referral hospital in Far North Queensland and also provides care for people from Cape York and the Torres Strait.

About your role:
- Deal professionally with sensitive and confidential issues in the context of close working relationships with internal and external clients of the Unit.
- Maintain a high level of client service and support to staff and colleagues at all times.
- Prepare correspondence, briefing notes, reports and other documentation as directed and in consultation with the Unit.
- Perform a highly efficient, confidential administrative support function for the Procurement and Contracts Unit as directed.
