About us:
Provides recruitment support across all departments within the Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service employing Grade 1 to 5 Nurses and Midwives, along with administrative support for Allied Health recruitment. The team comprises both Nursing/Midwifery and Administration streams, working collaboratively to deliver efficient and consistent recruitment processes, enhance the candidate and manager experience, and support the development of a unified workforce.

About your opportunity:
In this position you will….
- Apply contemporary human resource management principles to ensure that the unit-working environment meets legislative standards and Queensland Health policy.
- Bring with you well-developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and perform tasks, functions and responsibility including advanced database and computer skills.
- Ensure accurate personnel records are maintained included registration, immigration, appointment and term placement through the implementation and maintenance of processes and systems.
