Competitive salary and benefits:

- Salary range: $79,272 to $88,158 p.a. (AO3)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus great Salary Sacrificing to increase take-home pay
- Flexible working arrangements may be available
About your opportunity
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, families and visitors, delivering exceptional, person-centred customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You'll play a key role in supporting patient journeys by ensuring accurate information management, smooth administrative processes and a welcoming, professional experience at every interaction.
Working as part of a collaborative administrative team, you'll contribute to the efficient delivery of patient-focused services, supporting activities such as patient intake, admissions, bookings and discharges. Your ability to communicate effectively, build strong relationships and respond to changing priorities will be essential in maintaining high standards of service delivery.
