About us:
Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service (CHHHS) provide a level 5 Cardiology Service as classified by the Clinical Services Capabilities Framework. The service delivers interventional and non- interventional inpatient and outpatient services for patients located in both the CHHHS and Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service (TCHHS). Cardiac Investigation Unit (CIU) conducts cardiac examinations including Echocardiography, Stress testing ECG Monitoring for inpatients and outpatients.

About your opportunity:
In this position you will….
- Manage and investigate patient-initiated complaints / feedback.
- Provide innovative strategic leadership and advocacy in the development of professional standing and standards of the Cardiac services including contribution to state-wide groups.
- Possess expert level of knowledge in Cardiology Services and actively pursue professional development and learning opportunities.
