About the role:
As a Team Lead, you will balance hands-on leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivery accountability, ensuring your team consistently meets deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives. You will be expected to foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Your key responsibilities include:
- Undertake a lead role to ensure effective, client focussed teamwork by developing an understanding of the roles and duties of team members within the team and across CTS and Corporate Enterprise Solutions, and by collaboratively determining a skills transfer program to achieve outcomes with a commitment to quality and customer service.
- Lead, liaise, consult and negotiate effectively with team members, other project teams, stakeholders and client groups to develop and maintain effective working relationships and the integrity of the overall integrated solution, including attendance at relevant forums.
- Provide direction to System Analysts in analysing and providing effective and innovative solutions to complex system problems in the delivery of support to the Department of Health and the Hospital and Health Services (HHSs) and completion of project work.
- Provide leadership to the Production Support team in managing business as usual activities such as the supporting the HHS in their 2nd level analysis of system defects, development of workarounds and data fixes, ensuring audit compliance.
- Provide strategic and expert advice to management on the applications and associated issues and initiatives including risk and issue identification and management.
Role fit:
The successful candidate will bring strong ERP expertise across business analysis, solution configuration, second‑level support and change‑control processes. You will have extensive business analysis experience, with the ability to mentor others and work collaboratively across teams to support integrated system environments. Exceptional client service skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise work and meet service level expectations. Strong communication skills are required to provide clear advice, consult on complex issues and build effective stakeholder relationships. You will also bring deep knowledge of ERP solutions relevant to the team's functional and solution responsibilities.
