About the Role

As Head of Department - English/Humanities, you will provide instructional leadership, supporting high-quality curriculum delivery and effective teaching practice.

You will lead curriculum planning, implementation and review, build staff capability through coaching and collaboration, and use data-informed practices to support improved student outcomes.

The role requires strong curriculum expertise, organisational capability and the ability to contribute strategically as part of a collaborative leadership team.
