Deputy Principal (Junior Secondary) - Upper Coomera State College

We are seeking a strategic instructional leader with strong curriculum knowledge to join the leadership team as Deputy Principal - Junior Secondary.

This role suits an innovative, relational and highly capable educational leader committed to improving student outcomes, leading high-performing teams and driving continuous school improvement.

Working closely with the Principal and Executive Leadership Team, you will support the strategic direction of the school and foster a positive, inclusive culture for students, staff and the broader P-12 community.

A key focus of this role is instructional leadership, ensuring high-quality curriculum delivery, strengthening evidence-informed teaching practices, and building staff capability to improve learning outcomes across Junior Secondary.

  • Strengthening Junior Secondary transition and community partnerships
  • Embedding a culture of high expectations for learning, wellbeing and achievement
