Administration Officer

The South-West Region (SWR) spans 3 million hectares of diverse parks and forests. The regional office is in Toowoomba, with around 110 staff across multiple locations.
The SWR Business Support Team provides critical support to the Regional Director & broader SWR administration.
The AO4 Administration Finance Officer delivers operational support for financial, project, and administrative activities in a Regional Office environment. Key responsibilities include financial processing, monthly budget reporting, asset IT management, budget adjustments, and annual budget submissions. The role manages corporate card reporting, holding account charges, and SAP transactions. Additional duties include preparing quarterly financial reports, assisting with travel bookings and claims, maintaining SharePoint records, and supporting correspondence and communication across team sites.
