About the role
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Support the development, implementation and embedding of strategies, systems and processes to improve the spiritual care capacity and capability of Metro North Health.
- Support the spiritual care volunteers across MNH, and facilitate communication and relationships between volunteers across MNH sites
- Support and facilitate the appropriate recruitment and engagement of Spiritual Care volunteers across MNH facilities, including the development of recruitment criteria and approved training options.
- Collaborate with a range of faith/spiritual traditions to support spiritual care volunteers at MNH and establish a pipeline for the future Spiritual Care volunteer cohort for MNH
