Your new role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused professional to contribute to the efficient management of financial processes that support the delivery of healthcare services. You will:

• Manage invoicing, receipting and revenue recovery activities, ensuring customer accounts are maintained accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to respond to enquiries, resolve account issues and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain and update financial information across multiple systems, including SAP and HBCIS, ensuring legislative and financial management compliance.
• Conduct account audits, prepare reports and support continuous improvement initiatives to maintain system integrity and service quality.

About you:

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality outcomes. You have:

• Demonstrated experience in finance, billing, accounts receivable or administration, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and confidently engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and work both autonomously and as part of a team.
• Sound understanding of financial processes, policies and procedures, coupled with delivering outstanding customer service.
