Your new role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused professional to contribute to the efficient management of financial processes that support the delivery of healthcare services. You will:
- Manage invoicing, receipting and revenue recovery activities, ensuring customer accounts are maintained accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to respond to enquiries, resolve account issues and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain and update financial information across multiple systems, including SAP and HBCIS, ensuring legislative and financial management compliance.
- Conduct account audits, prepare reports and support continuous improvement initiatives to maintain system integrity and service quality.
About you:
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality outcomes. You have:
- Demonstrated experience in finance, billing, accounts receivable or administration, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and confidently engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Sound understanding of financial processes, policies and procedures, coupled with delivering outstanding customer service.

The Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) is a tertiary health care centre providing care in most major adult specialties. We provide world class health care to Brisbane City's southern suburbs across emergency, medical, mental health and surgical services, including liver and kidney transplant.
