About the role

 

Permanent full-time opportunity to provide high-level administrative support to the Medical Education Unit at The Prince Charles Hospital. You will coordinate Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support training programs, manage course logistics and data systems, and support compliance reporting while working closely with medical and education teams.

 

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

  • Provide highly quality, confidential administrative support with minimal supervision, including accurate record keeping and database management.
  • Order, prepare and disseminate course and promotional materials to course participants and faculty instructors.
  • Respond to verbal and written enquiries regarding the Advanced Life Support courses from clinical and administrative staff as well as personnel from other government and non-government agencies either in person, via the telephone or email, using well developed, customer focused communication skills.
  • Manage electronic participant registrations for Advanced Life Support courses, and payments as required, maintaining accurate attendance recordsActively support increased enrolments by utilising effective and timely communication, advertisements and personal followup.
