Who We Are:
The Brisbane School of Distance Education Enrolments Team is a fast-paced work environment.
The Enrolments team is one of the largest support teams at a large school.
We work with many different stakeholders including teachers and families.
Our team has a great blend of experience and youth, and we are constantly looking for ways to improve our practise and processes.
The work of the enrolment team is cyclical with a peak period from November to February.

Weekend overtime work may be available particularly during peak season.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate the activities of the student enrolment team, including the school receptionist, fostering a culture of teamwork, quality, efficiency and continuous improvement ensuring continuity of service and a client focused approach.
- Monitor and evaluate procedures and processes to efficiently and accurately enrol students into the school.
- Provide advice to the Team Leader, Business Manager, Head of School Performance and Engagement and Executive Principal, staff and other key stakeholders including interpretation of legislation, policy and procedures with a view to establishing requirements and resolution of specific matters.
- Provide advice to management, staff and other key stakeholders on business practices, processes and procedures relating to student enrolments.
