The purpose of this role is to provide customer-focused payroll and administrative support services, ensuring accurate payroll processing, workforce data management and timely resolution of payroll enquiries for Queensland Health employees.

 

What you'll do

In this role you will process payroll and workforce management transactions, maintain rostering and HR master data, investigate and resolve payroll enquiries, provide advice on payroll processes and requirements, liaise with managers and employees to ensure accurate information is maintained, contribute to business improvement initiatives, maintain quality assurance and record management requirements, and support the delivery of efficient payroll services across Queensland Health.

 

About you

We are searching for someone who:

  • Has experience in customer service, administration or payroll environments
  • Has strong data entry and computer skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Can manage competing priorities and meet processing deadlines
  • Has excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Can work effectively within a team environment
  • Has experience with payroll, rostering or HR systems (desirable)
