You balance professionalism with genuine care, and you understand the importance of dignity, choice and respect in every interaction. Whether you're supporting someone through a critical moment or working with a multidisciplinary team, you bring compassion, integrity and courage to everything you do. You take pride in making a difference when it matters most.

- Qualification and registration as a Psychologist or Social Worker
- Demonstrated experience in trauma-informed practice and crisis support
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams and agencies
- Ability to manage on-call responsibilities and respond promptly in time-sensitive situations
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in acute or after-hours services and/or additional training in trauma or sexual assault response.
Most importantly, you're committed to making a meaningful impact, supporting people through challenging moments, and contributing to care that reflects compassion, dignity and respect.
