What your day could look like
As a Senior Radiographer, you'll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality imaging services that support accurate diagnosis and patient care across the region. From managing complex cases to guiding others, you'll be part of a collaborative team focused on improving outcomes and experiences for patients.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Delivering advanced imaging services and confidently managing complex caseloads with clinical independence
- Supporting patients and families with clear communication and compassionate care during sensitive moments
- Leading and mentoring team members, helping build capability across students, graduates, and peers
- Driving service improvements by contributing ideas, monitoring outcomes, and strengthening clinical practice

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in medical imaging and current professional registration
- Radiation Use Licence (or eligibility) and commitment to ongoing professional development
- Strong clinical expertise with the ability to manage complex imaging cases independently
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience mentoring others in a clinical setting and/or additional postgraduate study or advanced modality skills. Most importantly, you're passionate about delivering meaningful care and ready to embrace the opportunities that come with regional practice.
