What your day could look like

As a Senior Physiotherapist (Pelvic Health), you'll play an important role in supporting individuals through highly sensitive and complex health experiences. From delivering expert, patient-centred care to working alongside multidisciplinary teams, you'll help create safe, respectful pathways to recovery and wellbeing.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

  • Delivering specialised pelvic health care that supports recovery, dignity, and informed choices
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and external partners to ensure seamless, person-centred care
  • Providing guidance and support in complex situations, helping patients navigate options and next steps
  • Contributing to service improvements and mentoring others to strengthen care outcomes across the team

Let's Talk About You

You're a confident and compassionate clinician who brings both expertise and empathy to your work. You handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care, building trust quickly and supporting people through challenging moments. You take pride in delivering evidence-based care and contributing to a team culture that values dignity, respect, and collaboration. Most of all, you're driven to make a positive difference in people's lives when they need it most.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

  • Current registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA
  • Demonstrated experience in pelvic health or related clinical practice
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and professional development

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate training or advanced experience in pelvic health, and/or experience working in regional or after-hours healthcare settings.

Above all, you'll bring compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation, and courage—values that guide how we care for our community every day.
