Your new role:
Join the Medical Education Unit at Logan Hospital and provide essential administrative and coordination support for clinical training programs across Logan and Beaudesert Hospitals. Working closely with the Director of Clinical Training, you will help ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the unit in a fast-paced and rewarding healthcare environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming and outgoing communications
- Manage calendars, appointments and meeting schedules for key stakeholders
- Support data management, reporting and administrative projects
- Prioritise competing tasks and contribute to the efficient running of the unit
About you:
You are a highly organised administration professional who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys supporting teams to achieve their goals. You have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland. We offer a range of services, including medical, rehabilitation, maternity, surgical and paediatric care.
We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland.
Our services will continue to grow as we build bigger and better facilities to support the community. By 2027, we'll have more beds and 5 more birthing suites as part of the Logan Hospital expansion.
