What you'll do
In the Manager, Redesign and Digital Innovation role, you will lead strategic digital innovation and service redesign initiatives that improve mental health, alcohol and other drug services across Queensland. You will manage digital transformation projects, support clinical workflow design, provide strategic advice to senior leaders and work with stakeholders to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred healthcare solutions.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
- Demonstrable experience in successfully managing complex and large-scale health projects.
- Advanced and broad knowledge and application of contemporary digital project practice frameworks within digital healthcare environments. This includes expertise in change management, digital disruption and new technology adoption.
- Ability to lead digital quality service improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes within digital Hospital and Health Services, utilizing evidence-based practice to support the management of complex clinical caseloads through digital applications.
- Proven experience successfully managing complex, large-scale projects, coupled with expertise in applying established project management methodologies and advising on appropriate tools and techniques. This includes leading and sustaining high-profile, multidisciplinary project teams to achieve quality outcomes.
- Proven ability to identify and analyse complex issues, develop innovative and practical solutions and provide expert strategic advice. This includes strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolution skills to gain support from stakeholders at a strategic level and advocate for program priorities.
