Your opportunity
The Patient Travel Subsidy Scheme (PTSS) Officer offers an administration officer the opportunity to provide efficient patient travel services to our community. The PTSS is an invaluable service for rural and remote communities and sees the PTSS Officer responsible for the consistent, high-quality execution of the PTSS within one of the three South West HHS regions (Roma/East, St George/South, and Charleville/West). This position provides a high level of autonomy and customer service, demonstrating empathy, patience, a positive attitude and proficient cultural awareness.
