About the Role

As Deputy Principal, you will play a key role in leading strategic and operational priorities across the school.

You will:

  • Work collaboratively with the Principal and leadership team to drive school improvement.
  • Foster a positive school culture focused on student success and wellbeing.
  • Support high-quality teaching and learning through leadership and staff development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, families and the wider community.
  • Lead whole-school initiatives aligned to strategic priorities.
  • Use data and evidence-informed practices to support decision-making and improved outcomes.
  • Manage complex priorities and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous growth.
  • Lead and inspire others while supporting excellence across the school.
